Hunter
grandiose and terrible moment,
And the time is dry cement:
heron in flight over a field.
tag neck hunter tunic,
Squinting to fly, he perforce
on bird looks like a boy.
And remember his father's belt,
removes finger for a moment,
But in the fall a quiet field
shake sudden pain
anyway. Because it's so pitiful.
